Best IT Master Thesis in Denmark
Ingeniørforeningen i Danmark ∙ November 2024
The master’s thesis entitled “Overcoming Communication Barriers in Radiography with a Patient-Centric Application - A Study on Adapting LLMs to a Specialized domain” was awarded as the best IT Master’s Thesis in Denmark for its contribution to improving communication of Ukrainian patients in the Danish healthcare system. The prize included 25,000 kroner from DI Digital and IDA IT. I co-supervised the students Maja Styrk Andersen, Simon Min Olafsson, and Oliver Kronholm Thomsen on this thesis.
